BEVERAGE EQUIPMENT CARE OPERATOR

Do you enjoy working with technology, being out in the field and seeing tangible results from your work?

We are looking for a Beverage Equipment Care Operator to join our team. You will ensure that our beverage vending machines and other equipment at customer sites operate reliably, look presentable and are always ready for use.

This is a varied field-based role where you will not spend the whole day sitting in an office. You will look after equipment used every day by people in offices, businesses, schools and other customer locations.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Regular inspection and care of beverage equipment at customer sites

  • Cleaning, maintenance and basic servicing of beverage vending machines and related equipment

  • Checking that the equipment works properly and resolving routine technical issues

  • Replenishing and replacing selected components and consumables

  • Diagnosing faults and either resolving them or referring the issue to a service technician

  • Monitoring the technical condition and appearance of the equipment

  • Recording completed work and identified faults

  • Communicating with customers on site

  • Cooperating with colleagues from the service, operations and supply teams

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a technical mindset and good practical skills

  • Can resolve routine issues independently

  • Is thorough and committed to delivering high-quality work

  • Communicates with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Is willing to work in the field

  • Holds a valid Category B driving licence

  • Previous servicing or maintenance experience is an advantage but not essential—we will provide full training
