VENDING MACHINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR VENDING MACHINES AND WMF COFFEE MACHINES

We are expanding our team of field service technicians who support customers directly at their premises. We are looking for a skilled service technician to join our team and take responsibility for servicing and maintaining vending machines and professional WMF coffee machines in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Servicing, repairing and regularly maintaining vending machines

  • Servicing and maintaining professional WMF coffee machines

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical faults

  • Installing and commissioning new equipment

  • Making regular service visits to customer sites

  • Recording completed repairs and service work

  • Communicating with customers when resolving technical issues

  • Looking after assigned equipment and ensuring its reliable operation

  • Occasionally carrying out repairs at our workshop in Zličín as well as working in the field

What do you need for this role?

  • Electrical engineering education and professional qualifications in accordance with current legislation

  • A technical mindset and good practical skills

  • The ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults independently

  • Previous experience servicing technical equipment is an advantage

  • Electrical engineering experience is an advantage

  • Willingness to work in the field and travel to customer sites

  • A responsible, reliable and independent approach

  • A professional manner and good communication skills

  • Experience with WMF coffee machines or vending machines is an advantage
